| The Treasure Valley Model Sailing Club was previously a fleet sailing under the Pacific Northwest Model Yacht Club umbrella. We became Local Club #458 in May of 2026. We are a group of model sailors who get together to sail our radio controlled model boats. We do some casual multiclass racing, no scoring, just having fun. We are not opposed to more structured racing, we are waiting to achieve a critical mass for single class racing. We generally sail on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, April through November. We sail at Kleiner Park in Meridian, Idaho from the float on the south pond across from the Senior Center. Members of the group sail T-37s, Seawinds, Victorias, DF95s, DF65s and other custom designed and built radio controlled model boats. All classes are welcome. All who are interested in model sailing are welcome. If you have yet to obtain your own boat, we usually have loaners available to try. Come join us and see how much fun we have.
